Where an account is closed due to a proven breach of these Terms, com888 may withhold some or all of the PKR balance pending investigation. Where an investigation clears the player, any withheld funds will be returned within 10 business days. Where a breach is confirmed, com888 is entitled to offset any losses or costs incurred against the withheld balance.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their com888 account may do so at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within two business days. Any remaining PKR balance will be returned to your verified payment method after deducting any outstanding bonus commitments.
